A video game company is being sued after claims that one of its games caused a teenager in New Mexico to murder three members of his family in 2004.

Relatives of the victims say Cody Posey, who was 14 at the time, was obsessed with the game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" and played it daily. They've filed a $600 million wrongful death lawsuit against the makers of the game and other video companies.

The lawsuit alleges the game taught Posey how to kill. Posey's attorneys say he killed the three after years of abuse by his father.

How is that the fault of the video game? Isn't the game for people 18 and older anyway? And most people would have more sense when they are 7 than that 14 year old did.
