USB extension cable

Mike, will the extension cable on your site work with the little white connection box that the instruments connect to? We are going to be hosting Rock Band nights at a local drinking establishment in May, and I need some extra cable length. I was hoping that one cable would work, and that I wouldn't need a cable for each instrument. That might keep people from rocking out...

Hey Matt,

I don't see any reason why our USB extension won't work with the supplied USB hub. There's nothing special about the hub, or Xbox 360 controller cords in general. Plain USB extenders (like the one we sell) should work just about anywhere.

As an aside, if you find Rock Band owners showing up at your events, talk to me about sponsorship, or maybe getting some retail-packaged units in front of the bar patrons. If you're using Drumshhh pads on the drums, and they wear out (for example) I'm more than willing to replace them in exchange for a little "Drum pads provided by..." sort of blurb on the announcements or something. And they make good prizes. Etc. etc. etc.
