GRAW/GRAW2 Sundays

I don't think i have GRAW 1 anymore, so I may have to sit that out. If we are doing GRAW 2, I have a couple of guys that want to play with us if thats cool. I have known them for a while and they are cool older farts like us.

It wasn't anything set in stone. Last week it was just three of us, and one of the PGLers I saw online only had GRAW1, and since I don't have any of the co-op on 1 done, the idea was discuss.

If everyone wants to play 2 on Sunday, great. We'll do it. It's definately a lot of fun when there is a nice sizeable group going.

Tonight's game reminder: GRAW ONE, and all the dlc will be "off" so anyone who has this game can join in (you don't have to turn it off if you have it, just the host).

There's a few achievements that have slipped by people, so we'll strictly be working on them (coop, 10,000 kills, etc). IF five or more show up, we may do a team thing, but that seems to be rare these days... Anyway - 7:00 pm PST is the start time.

Man, I looked on my Xbox.com Friends List and it looked like everyone was playing GRAW1, but I wasn't sure. If I could have kicked my wife off the TV, I'd have loved to join in. Such as it is...I'm glad to know GRAW1 can still be played. I'm NOT gonna buy #2.

It was fun. There was some learning curve with some of the subtle changes from 1 and 2. The co-op missions seem a little tougher in 1 compared 2.

Of course, I was all stoked about getting the achievement for the four kills in four seconds. I never thought I would get it.

Well Zoom, we'll catch you in about... 6 months! LOL With the 2nd GRAW2 coop collection coming out very soon... probably not too good of a chance GRAW1 will be popping up again unless you set up a game.

Sunday has arrived... Put down your CoD4, your Halo3, and any other game you have for a couple of hours tonight and jump into some GRAW2. We'll be doing the coop2 pack and some coop1 pack stuff (reminder of the new dlc that just came out), and with enough people we'll get a few team games in.

Don't forget about the daylight savings, either...

So for the last few weeks, there really hasn't been too great of a showing from PGLers, despite a lot of peeps saying the have the game, have the dlc, and want to play... Show up & have some fun! 7:00 pm PST/10:00 pm EST.

We had an awesome showing last night, with achievements to be had by all... We also learned that Wood Ghost is THE MOST team killed player, tk'd at a grand total of 43, with me following just one shy at 42... LOL

Anyway, the new coop packs are pretty fun and worth the money. I can't wait to do some team vs. modes on them - maybe we can get another group like yesterday for next week.

We need at least six people for the GRAW2 tonight, so we can get some vs. going. I may be starting this a bit early tonight - about 6:00 pm PST & going until ???

I'll be there. We can do the vs thing on the team objective with placing explosives, which will allow people, such as me, to get their explosive achievement.
