looks like what I get. When the heck are they going to bump up the speeds, since at the CES show, Comcast was talking about having speeds up to 100mb/s by year's end.

Peench, that ping is crazy! Across country and under 100ms? Nasty.

My ping is high compared to MadB's and compared to everyone else's that goes across the country. It must be my modem or router or combo of both. I should just move somewhere that has FiOS.

This is just the wireless card on the laptop to the local server

this is the wireless card and ethernet port both being used on the laptop

what a huge difference, LOL.

both card and port being used.


I have comcast's upper tier (8mb down, 1.5 up), which include speedboost for downloading.
