I don't watch this show save the audition episodes. It's really great seeing delusional people. Check out Simon's face on this.

I watched last night and Simon was classic the whole two hours. The freaks they dragged through were great! Ryan Seacrest was also had perfect timing. He let this rejects literally hang themselves on national TV during the after audition interviews. Props to him for just standing there and letting the contestants come undone.

I came home last night and my wife and my son were watching this. I sat through a couple of them and thought "what the heck are these people thinking? Do they really think they can sing?!?"

I do feel bad for them though. I wonder how many of those poor kids never recover from being humiliated on national TV.

Haha she was one of the people on the commercials they were showing before the show aired.

As funny as it is, I wonder how many of these are "staged" to be bad, you know?

I think the good ol' USA has enough home grown freaks that there is no need for plants. I am not sure an actor could be found like these people.

A local talk radio show thinks that some of these contestents are mildly retarded, and Fox is taking advantage of this.

Simon Cowell is my idol. He does these people a great service by telling them that they should do something else with their lives because singing just ain't for them- and yet he is mocked and cursed. I think I might be the American version of him lol


But yeah, the show is gay after the auditions.



And on a side note, I'd still rail Paula. I'd bust that ass like a bad head of cabbage.

LOL! She was AT LEAST as drunk as Rick Sutcliffe was during his interview last summer... that is toooo funny. She could hardly sit up, slurred every word and had trouble completing sentences...

What time of day was it? There are school-delay notices rolling across the bottom of the screen. Was this early in the morning????

That Nameth clip is SO freaking funny. Paula is always drunk or medded up. But Nameth hitting on that girl while drunk LIVE! How do you ever live that one down?
