Who knows though, I look forward to this whole season.

Then, after they beat the crap out of him for covering that up, they could figure out who the final five are. We know who four of them are. That is a tough one. Starbuck is the only one that was not present for "the calling" that the other four heard, but if the cylons can sense the final five, then they would have known that she was a cylon when they were experimenting on her. Actually, with all of the cylon infiltrators that the Galactica crew has had, why have the final five not been sensed previously? Was Six the only one that could sense them? Maybe that is just a plot hole, but it could mean that the last of the final five is someone that we don't know. The only problem with that is that it would be kind of anti-climatic with all of the drama built up around the coming reveal.

The final five are "fundamentally different from the other Cylons" according to Ron Moore, and he also said the final one is not in the above picture (hence the empty seat).
I don't think the final five can resurrect like the other toasters can. I think they have one shot and that's it.

I guess the reason for killing them there was that the centurions were pissed and they started to run. Hopefully we'll find out next time.

If they start killing enough of them, there's going to be a resurrection back-up, and when they boxed Deanna, they did it while she was in the tub, so I'm guessing that's the way to do it.

I clicked on the link and it was already in progress, so I sitting there trying to figure out which episode the clip was from and then all of a sudden realized that it was tonight's ep. Give a brother a little warning before he spoils his Friday Galactica ep.

Great episode though, mass cyclon genocide. Looks like Torre is straight up evil now too. Interesting.

After episode 2, I was of the opinion that the even numbered models were the ones in control, since they had the cylons and raiders in their corner. I didn't think about the base stars. How did the odds pull that one, anyway? How did they convince the hybrids to open fire on the evens' base stars? Don't the hybrids control operations on the base stars?
Also, I don't hear it discussed much, but wasn't the human leader of the cylons in the original series named Baltar? Is pimp daddy Gaius related? Has the show dealt with that at all. I don't recall them doing so.

Brilliant. I think the Hybrids control the information, not necessarily the weapon functions, just advice on where to go. Did anyone notice in that destruction scene that Orion looks to be visible? Interesting.
And yes, in the original, Gaius was the Cylon overlord of sorts, but since this is a re imagined series, who knows where they are going with it!
