Rush
Sammy Hagar
God Smack
The Cult
Joe Satriani
Styx
Sheryl Crow (Hot)
Bootie and the Hofish (lame)
great channel.

| I don't have Direct but Dish has HDnet and I'll agree there are some great programs on.
Bikini Destinations is a nice bonus as well.

I was glad I did. 31 years later I've got all 24 of their albums and 4 concert DVD's and 2 music video DVD's. They are currently working on a new album.

All my friends were into the death metal of the day, Slayer, Megadeath, and the long hair freaks of that era. It was 'ok', but I was not really that into it.
I have always had this thing about music, I don't like to be yelled at. Plus all the crazy guitars and heavy metal type drumming, it all just was so blah.
Then one day my buddies older brother drove us to school and played some Rush. I was floored. I had never heard of them before, and knew nothing of the lists of the best drummers, basses and guitarists, but I instantly knew that I was hearing some of the best music of the time. I later found out that each member of Rush WAS indeed ranked at the top of their respective lists. From then on, I have been a huge fan. Oh, my first Rush concert was Presto. It was the first concert I went to without an adult. I drove my younger brother and myself to the arena and we had a blast.
My music tastes change change all the time, but Rush has always remained my #1 band.

Speaking of the concert channel in HD, Did anyone happen to catch Dream Theater 2 days ago? It was from their Live from Budokan concert. They are amazing to see live. If you like Rush then you should check them out!!!!

That 2nd set sounds like it will be amazing.
With that being said NP, do you listen to other Prog Rock bands? such as Fates Warning, Savatage, etc.?
