| what's your favorite holiday movie? Ok with the holiday season approaching what is yours or your families favorite holiday movie? For me it's National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. I watch it at least twice each holiday season and know it word for word but I still laugh during the entire movie. | |

| A Nightmare Before Christmas, a must during the holidays.
Also, each year me and a few friends(about 5) sit down and watch all 6 Star Wars movies. We watch them 1-6 in order, it's like eating a pile of crap to get the candy inside

White Christmas with Bing Crosby & Danny Kaye
*They just reopened the house where A Christmas Story took place here in Cleveland and I'm tempted to get the explosives out, never understood why people sat down and watched 24 hour marathons of it seeing as I cant take more than 2 minutes of it.

| How about Miracle on 34th Street? There are a ton of older movies that rock this time of year. How about ELF? I have been brought to tears laughing at the movie several times. | |

| Will Ferrell is awesome in that flick. Between getting creamed by taxi cabs to when he crashed thru the tree decorating it.. I was in stiches. | |

| You go sit in the corner, Mr.! You are in timeout!
There are a few every year that I watch, but the past couple years have been a variation of A Christmas Story and Ernest Saves Christmas.
Spoon, do you like Danny Kaye? One of my favorite all time flicks is The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. He was great in that one.

Go Jon!! I was ecstatic when it finally got put on DVD, my life is a sad one.
I forgot to mention National lampoons Christmas Vacation. When that squirrel is on his back, I lose it. The whole movie rocks so Im not a total scrooge
Speaking of Holiday movies...Does anyone remember that oh say maybe 20 years ago how they played King Kong religiously on or around Thanksgiving?! It came up at dinner Thursday and I meant to inquire here.

| | PGL Super Belching Moderator | This is a tough pick, but I like A Christmas Carol. I've always been a sucker for that one. Of course I also like A Christmas Story, all the Christmas specials like Rudolph, Frosty, etc., and Christmas Vacation is pretty good too. I never seen other Christmas movies like It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, or White Christmas.
"You'll Shoot your eye out, kid" That line always hits close to home with me.
