Lost Season 4

Lost is a good show, but it would have been much better if they just wraped it up in one or 2 seasons. It kinda feels forced now.

I disagree. I think Lost is a good show and that they couldn't do it successfully in just 2 seasons. While some of the stuff in the show is "out there" the majority I find very intriguing, and all of it I find unique.

I can't imagine what I might miss if the whole entire show was truncated into 2 or even 1 season.

I thought last night's premiere was pretty damn good, added some nice new levels to the mystery. There's still a camp of others out there that need to do something, but I feel like since it was called "The Beginning of the End" we're going to be in for some nice surprises this season. What was 16 new episodes this season, due to the writer's strike, has been chopped down to 8. We'll see what happens.

yeah i thought it was great too. The one problem i have with Lost, which also makes it a great show, is the fact it always leaves me wanting more! i didnt want it to end. I'll be anxious to see what happens to the 2 camps of Losties now, altho Hurley gives it away as to which group was right.....or so we think....

I am guessing that at the end of this season some will get off the island. Then next season they will return for the rest or something. I am glad Lost is back on tv, the episode last night was great.

any guesses as who the Oceanic 6 are? Hurley made reference to it after he was arrested. We know Hurley is 1 obviously. and i'd say Jack and Kate since they showed them by the airfield. So who the other 3 be? Probably whoever was in the casket would be the 4th, and i'm gonna guess thats either Locke or Ben since Jack said whoever was in there was neither friend or family.

I like that this "flash forward" took place before the last "flash forward" we saw. I liked Jack's comment about wanting to grow a beard, and I really liked that dude who came to visit Hurley in the mental hospital.

It's a great start, people got off that island from both camps, Hurley was in Locke's camp, and clearly, Jack and Kate were not. So how does Hurley get off the island?

My theory is that Jack was at Michael's funeral last episode, and that Jack was pissed off that he died because Michael was the only one who left the island and possibly knew how to get back, and that Jack's chance of returning may have died with him. Long shot, but who knows.

At 3:33, in the Season 3 finale, Kate says,"I have to go. He's gonna be wondering where I am."

Maybe shes talking about Sawyer. Since they are together. But then again, they did separate at the camp. They may have gotten back together though.

And there is that little detail from one of the flash forwards, the one where Jack is taking meds from the hospital and is discovered. He points and refers to his father being upstairs, allegedly up and around and performing surgeries. If he is back from the dead, then he may be counted in the six.

Soooo... maybe Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sawyer, Michael and Christian Sheppard?

I enjoyed the premiere, I have to agree with some of you guys about the 3rd season, I nearly gave up on in until they started get interesting again.

I lost a lot of interest in it last season, but it was pretty good last night. I about spit out my coke when dude stepped out of the camaro in the beginning - I thought it'd be Jack all doped up!
