I've always thought that this storyline must be unbelievably easy to write for... want to do something else? Just change history by sending someone back through time... all that stuff in the last episode? Forgeddaboudit. It never happened, cuz the dude in this episode just went back earlier, and changed everything!
It's entertaining stuff though. I'm gonna start DVR'ing it to see if it's any good. I need something to watch while on the trainer anyway.

I watched last night, paying half attention whilst I typed some stuff for work. I thought it wasn't too bad.
The little things bug me... like, what's the point in going to high school if you are relatively certain the world is going to go down in flames? Wouldn't your time be better used going full-time into disaster prevention? What's with the robot not obeying his every command? Of course, I guess putting a robot that looks like that in the control of a teenage boy is pretty much a recipe for disaster.
Overall, a pretty good show. I'll keep watching.

Hmm. Interesting posts. None of you have convinced me to watch it, but I've got them all DVR'd in case I change my mind. I'm a big Terminator fan, but I'm just not sure this is gonna be any good.

This show has some production money, but ultimately, it's ass. Here's why:
1) They ignore Terminator 3 entirely. Bad move. Yes, the movie was terrible, but if you're going to make a half-assed Television show, at least pay attention to cannon.
2) Sarah Connor is a whiny baby. In just a few short hours, they've effectively stripped the badass Sarah Connor down to a whiny nursling version of her character. "I don't want to run anymore, waaaaaa." Shut up.
3) John Connor is an even whinier baby. This "kid" was kicking some ass in T2, and survived some crazy as shit encounters. Now, he's worried about High School? What? You should be in a bunker creating your own guns out of household objects.
4) The Terminators have unlimited resources to send machines back but the humans can only send one. Ever. And, now humans can time travel? The whole point of them sending machines back was because humans couldn't survive.
LAAAAAAAME.

Wha? I missed this point, evidently a product of watching the third show and missing the first two.
Hmmmm. That would definitely screw the whole thing up. I mean, if the world was ending, you wouldn't care about messing up the future... so you'd send anyone and everyone back to fix it. Ya know?

This Terminator takes commands from the John from the future, not the younger one.
Isn't the guy who protects Sarah in the 1st movie from the future and a Human? As for it not being in accordance with the movies, doesn't bother me because my memory of them is terrible.
