Anyone ever heard an update on that woman that had originally written a screenplays based on her story that encompassed the Terminator movies and Matrix movies? Supposedly, she had written this story and had shopped them to different studios and directors and been turned around, only to see her tale brought to film later. She has been in litigation over it forever.

Last I checked, which was a few months ago, she won a motion that granted her the right to sue for copyright infringement or whatever it was. After that, not really sure. And that was some time ago, like over a year when she won that motion.
