Comes with original box, headphones, usb adapter, software disc.
I also have a car charger, but one of the release tabs fell out so you need to use a key or soemthing to depress one side to release it...it works fine, I pretty much leave it plugged in because I used this in my vehicle.
I am not sure what is a fair price. A willingness to protect me from bullies on this site may go a long way in your favor.
I have it posted on Craigslist and may put it up on eBay down the line...
Can you give me a good idea of what a fair value is, and is anyone here interested in picking one up?
