That was a tough one, but once you do it you can usually do it each time.

You got to the barn though?

Go to the smaller barn on the right, as you are about to exit there should be a guy coming towards you, take him out and air strike the field (more bad guys further away).

Run/crouch in the culvert behind the hedge row.
Get to the house. Work your way through the house (shouldn't be any BGs in the house if you cleared them out prior)

Run across the street and work your way down past the water tower.
Work behind the house on the far right of the map...

Now, I've done it both ways at this point. Through the grave yard and past the burning building and beyond.

If you loop past the burning building you're going to have to run like crazy once you hit the fence. Don't stop and shoot, just RUN.

Through the grave yard, as long as you have time, make sure you run and gun. Take cover when you need it since there is a large cluster between the church and the first house. I go to the right of the church once you're in the graveyard, the path shoots almost straight towards the helo.

It is a tough mission. Good luck.

I got stuck on "No fighting in the war room" on the difficulty below veteran. I must have entered that part with the wrong weapons, becuase there is NO WAY that I can beat it. Its extremely frustrating because I'm decent at FPS's and I've never had one stump me like this one has. I even had a buddy try it and he was just as pissed as I was.

Duck and Cover. The hardest thing was learning that hiding is not a bad idea. Pop up every now and then, but just take quick looks, find a close enemy and then pop back up and take him out. I know its hard because they keep appearing. From what I remember, they will not come all the way to you. Find 2 places to run back and forth to so you can avoid grenades.

I've read that if you run into one of the closets, not the offices, along the wall with the monitors, your team will take out most of the enemies. you may have to kill a few, I've never tried it.

Where did you get to? You can always reload that mission. Hardened isn't terribly hard. I had the m16 with 203 grenade launcher and whatever secondary. I picked up the 12ga off the guy right before the silos.

I'm stuck at the silos.

I clear out the first guys at the entrance to the silos.
Run to the crates on the right of the hall way.
Back to the wall, crates on the right.
I flash the hall in front, while turning (with the shotty) to the left.
Blast the guy at the end of the silo entry way (he's there, make sure you get him).
As soon as you're through the doorway, get to the left (or the guy you flashed in the other hall will shoot you in the back).
Don't reload, switch guns if you have to. A guy is going to come out of the tunnel to your left. Shoot him. No time for grenades.
After he is dead. Toss a few grenades/40mm in the tunnel.
There are two nooks on either side of this tunnel, once you clear the people to the end advance up and hunker down, make sure the next silo area is clear.
Enter and go to the right, keeping the missile between you and the gunners in the hallway. Lob a couple of 40mm rounds and pick them off.
Once you kill them you're in the clear until the vault door.

Good luck. I haven't successfully killed the last of them on veteran yet. I lobbed one 40mm down there on hardened and cleared them all out. I was like that was too easy .

(There is supposed to be a good youtube video of beating this on veteran, I'll see if Crash can find it. It is what he and another one of our guys used to beat it.)

yeah thats the exact part I'm stuck at. I successfully made it to the computers ONCE, but didn't know what to look for. I needed one more friggin second to work on the computer and I would have had it. MAN was I pissed!!!!!

I think that is how I beat that one on veteran I just ran from closet to closet and when they threw grenades in I think it was big enough for me to just run to the other side and let it blow up, but if they got a few in there I just ran and ducked behind some cubes. That way you have to pop a few of them but the team does most of the work.
