Play the single player! I rented the game yesterday and played the single player for about 3-4 hours. I'm currently about halfway through the campaign I think. It's great fun!

I haven't played the multiplayer and if it's anything like CoD2, I probably won't like it. Actually, strike that... I'll probably like it more than Gears' crappy multiplayer.

Brad, mannn now you're getting me to want to play the single player! It's definitely a fun game! I got through the first mission and that was about it.

As for the multiplayer, you know, I've always sucked at fast-paced games and this game fits the bill, but the possibility of having 24 people? I'll definitely keep playing just for that aspect! Last FNFF was just a glimpse of that, for me!!

I'm gonna give it a shot this Friday, but I'm really wanting to finish the campaign. The only bad bit in the sp I've found so far is the driving missions in the British portion. I had to run through those a couple times because of the route changes are so quick. Other than that it's been a blast.

Oh yeah, play this game loud! The bass frequencies in this game give Gears a run for its' money! And I finally got the "Return 5 live grenades in a mission" achievement. I have to say, I believe the graphics, especially the lighting and particle effects, are much improved from CoD2. The uniforms and the movements of the soldiers (digitally captured, BTW) look so realistic it's kind of freaky!

The only way I'll ever see 24 people in a room is if people on my friends list have the game. I don't ever play with the random idiots that XBOX Live houses, that's why I have my friends list.

Welcome! You won't be disappointed. I thought the SP was a little bit short but very entertaining. An online playing this game with the right people is a lot of fun. It's my favorite live game so far...hope you enjoy it!

It wasn't TOO bad last Friday when playing in the Wild. Most of the people didn't talk at all... which beats some punk kid screaming things at Swagger (my first online experience with COD3 turned into just that).

I am looking forward to playing this on Friday... it should be a great turnout!

Yeah, I will play the role of sniper finder. I basically run out into the open, get shot, and hopefully my teammates see where the shot came from!

Everyone has a role... some are simply more painful than others.

Didn't Quo volunteer to be Wonder's human shield?

I'm looking forward to finding you Serren! I have to agree with AZ, this game is great online if you have the right people playing. I'm really looking forward to FNFF

I vow not to do it on Veteran after finishing CoD 2 on Veteran!

I agree with Jon. I'm playing this one on hard instead. Too many great games right now to suffer through veteran. I'll save that for later maybe!

And yeah, Wonder loves to use me as a human shield, or better yet, to just run out in the open after me (during the opposition's reload time). With snipers around, you just can't be too careful. It's good to have a crash test dummy to test the waters out in front of you. I can die with the best of 'em.

I'm playing on normal and am having a blast. Bumping up the difficulty might tick me off and get me frustrated, so I'd rather just play it on that. You don't get but 150 points for completing veteran.
