| Got mine yesterday along w/ GOW - but wasn't able to try either out... So now I'm a day behind everyone else. While you're all marveling over COD3 tonight, I'm just going to be getting cozy w/ GOW...
I dunno - Brad, can I borrow your flux capacitor to help me with my time / space issues so that I can catch up to everyone else??

| Peench, I believe it is exactly that! I believe it replaces what BF 2 wanted to be, for sure! | |

I've only played single player but this game is very polished and intense although it does feel very different from COD2 (obviously because Treyarch making COD3). Now the only thing I don't like in the single player is that your fighting away in the middle of the action and suddenly those "in-game" conversation cutscenes take over. But aside from that, it's Awesome!!!!!!! Can't wait to play the MP!!!!!!....

| Hey Guys - sorry for the COD3 bailout Thurs nite... I saw Serren come online, went to shoot him an invite, and my 360 locked up on his tab... (THANKS SERREN!! SHEEESH!!)
It was weird, COD3 was still running in the background, and I could hear folks talking, but couldn't get off of that tab... Anyway - noticed that it was 1:00am and decided to pull the plug! Hopefully the room stayed together - I think it automatically just switches the host (??)
Good times w/ both COD3 and GOWs.. I like the 'Battlefield' aspect that COD3 has now - tanks, motorcycles, jeeps etc - very cool!
Now - just gotta figure out how to get that COD3 lobby to work right and stop counting down - that was annoying!

When you left everything kinda went to pieces... a bunch of people went on to bed (I needed too as well). I stuck around for one more match at the fuel depot...
It quickly deteriorated to Cujo & I and others (guys I'm sorry I can't remember who all was there... I was hosed... seems like Lodol and Woundup as well). We started the map with good intentions but ended up getting on the motorcycles and trying to race... then jousting... then sticky-bombing... then it just got insane. Laughed alot. Good stuff.
This game looks awesome... but now I have a whole new set of maps to learn!

Good stuff. | That was great! I think watching Mahkila chasing you guys and trying to shoot you with a Bazooka was some of the funniest S*&! of the night! Man these new maps are huge but having use of vehicles, air strikes & medics makes it so cool.
Can't wait to play again tonight.
