I finally "earned" enough XP points to be awarded the Red Dot Sight for my AK-47. So, that'll be my weapon of choice, for the most part, during this game. I can't express enough how frustrating it has been to be forced to suffer using the iron sights on all my weapons (except sniper, of course), when nearly EVERY time I was killed, it was by someone with a Red Dot Sight. Now that I'm closer to par with most of my opponents, I find myself scoring higher during the matches I've played in the past two days. Still, I give this game a for the lack of fairness offered by the "perks" department.

I started to work on the AK-47 the other night. I still have plenty of guns to max out challenges on. The worst gun by far has been the G3 though. By the time I get enought bullets fired off the other person has a whole clip in me.

Though the perks dept can make it a little unfair and rought at times, I enjoy that extra part of the multiplayer. I guess it's really the little sound clip that plays when your rank up. It makes me feel like a rock star

I love the G3! I put the perks 'deep impact' and 'stopping power' as two of my perks and I can drop people with three or four shots. You can get up close and personal running around with this weapon so I don't use it in certain maps or game types.

I can't do anything right with the G3. I have to put double tap on to have any chance at all. Single shot guns just don't fit my run n' gun style, apparently.

Zoom, I totally understand what you're saying. Once I rolled over and lost all of my attachments, I remembered how brutal it is without the red dot. I never even bother with the ACOG on any of my guns. Red dot seems to do the trick!

The red dots are essential. I wish I would've known you didn't have one already, because I woulda told you to stick with your weapon until you have it... it makes such a difference that it's worth it to totally suck until you have the 25 kills or whatever and can get it. Painful, but worth it. I completely hear you on this.

Seems no matter what, there's always something "just out of reach" that is always killing you. For me, it's that stupid three nades perk...

I don't have any luck with the ACOG. I just stick to the red dot.

YAY!! Just left the Enlisted ranks, and am now a 2nd LT. I think it's safe to say that Domination is helping w/ the scoring, mostly.
