I agree with Peench. We're all solid individually, but we suck because we didn't work as much as a team (especially since most of us bailed on Sunday night). I don't feel like I know enough about the maps, game types, etc. to effectively lead. Jagger is good but tends to be on the quiet side, B Lars is good but his mic apparently doesn't work. Woundup is in Hawaii, and Bronx, well, he'll be the first to tell you that he is the suck at Halo (but he sells himself short).

So, that leaves Peench and Dmil as potential leaders. Report for duty!
