Serren will become famous soon enough
SD slot in the 4GB version, as mentioned above. Another feature I have read about, but not yet tested is the ability to move files directly from a digital camera into the Archos.

Also, this device currently support mobile Flash ver. 7. Support for version 8 is forth coming, however, 9 is not expected this model generation.
