It all depends on what type of show you want to listen to. Gamertag radio is interview heavy. Godfree has lots of exclusives on his shows. Other indie shows that you might like are: Achievement Junkies, Uncle Gamer, and this might be bias, Podtacular.

If you like some cursing on your podcast, then the 1up yours show is another good one. They are backed by Ziff Davis, so the quality is the best out there. They also have a video podcast, called The 1up Show.
