I don't have a Wii, but a couple friends do. I check out the VC market place, and all the games I looked at showed which controllers you can use. I didn't see any games who's only controller options was the legacy/classic. A lot had the choice of either the classic or a gamecube controller; I'm assuming you still have gamecube around somewhere.
