If you're interested in an iPod at a discount, I suggest you check out Apple's refurb store. I bought a 20GB Photo iPod (no video, just pics and music) for $120 in Dec. They're refurbed by Apple (new battery, new screen if needed, any other parts swapped) and include the full warranty.
