| "Mark as returned" is going to set you guys apart in the business. Once you guys get more DCs up and running, increase inventory, etc., you guys will be the leaders.
Just make sure that as you grow, you two hire CSRs who are as gracious and courteous as the two of you. That is something that the competition lacks in a big way.
One thing that would actually be cool as you grow and are unable to handle all the CS issues personally, would be to assign a personal CSR to each customer. Of course, we current customers get grandfathered in to have the two of you as our personal CSRs.
