On anything glass just take a razor blade and scrape the paint off it shouldn't hurt the glass at all. Using glass cleaner like windex or just saopy water will make it easier. For the rest you might want to try to go to to an auto parts store and get whats called a clay bar and use that. I used the clay bars at my old work to remove tar sap and even rail dust that came on new cars. I would also ask if they know anything that they might know that will help.
