I swore off PC games years ago. I tired of the constant upgrading and IRQ and other conflicts just to get a game up and running. I recently picked up Age of Empires III and tried to play it but never got into it like I did games like Warcraft, Starcraft, Civilization, Diablo (I and II) and others. Perhaps my couch is more comfy than my PC chair these days or the audio setup attached to my consoles is better or something but I can't get back into PC gaming. Or can I?
I played Diablo I and II for what seems like years. My buddies and I co-op'd around in the Diablo Universe for hours and hours at a time.
Blizzard recently announced that they are working on Diablo III. Oh man it sounds awesome - built around co-op play with loads of game time and hack-n-slash fun I am sure I'll be severely tempted to buy and play the heck out of it.
I know we have a much higher percentage of console owners here, but how many of us got our start on a PC? I know there are more than a few who did and perhaps even more so who played Diablo for hours at a time like me. So the big question is... will you buy Diablo III?
