| WSOP - Email to Activision Support Well they do not have a forum but I sent the following letter to them via their website:
I am writing to you about WSOP 2008 Battle for the Bracelets. How on earth did this game pass the normally high standards of quality control generally present in your products?
I am part of an adult gaming league and we have been trying to participate in a poker tour for the last few weeks. Here are our issues:
1- The game will drop players for no apparent reason
2 - When combining tables the players between tables can no longer voice chat, sometimes even with those from the previous table. Some are left with the ability to speak to nobody.
3 - We have played three weeks in a row where after 2 hours of playing the last few players suffer game freeze ending our game. We are all still connected and can access Live functions at this time.
4- Video camera support does not work at all as we can only see ourselves and not each other when play travels around the table.
5- You removed the ability to see all players stats across tables
This game is completely worthless in the current state. When you coordinate a tourney with 13-15 people and have it lock-up and drop people every week it looks pretty bad.
Please fix this game or give us our money back or offer trade. Something needs to be done. We are not about flaming, we are adults, but feel cheated and to be honest last years version was not the best either.
WIth all the high profile games out there it boggles the mind how we cannot get a decent, stable, poker game. Especially one that carries the WSOP license.
I look forward to your response. |
