3 red lights showed up called MS. They don't send you a box anymore just email you a shipping label. Support said 2-3 weeks to repair. Changed my address but somehow the guy came up with a different one than I told him, now I'm trying to get support to send me a different shipping label. Hope they do it soon I'm going to be out of town for about a week or so.
