I'm probably playing it on too easy of a setting (lesser of the normal modes) but I just fought the ACT III boss and it had some strategy but

Spoilers:

for a good portion he was easy, she would just hover in front of me, so I'd shoot some regular rounds in my M4 then use the grenade. The strategy was to simply stay away from edges and of course eat somethin if my damage meter went too low. I have to say it was a pretty sweet battle with all the crazy unarmed weapons flying around. The effect of the building being torn to shreads is awesome! Audio, can't imagine it being better
