I vote for me being the worst so I will gladly take host! Will I know we didn't play together much but I have played with these guys for awhile and I'm sure you will see more of me eventually. Anyway as you may know Gears is really good at making people hate other people. At least for a half hour or so at a time. When I play other mp games with all of these guys (cod , halo, even some team fortress) I never have problems but gears just does something to me to me when you get dominated or you just feel that you should have killed the other guy it can really just piss you off. I know the host thing can be a bit of a pain. Prophet and Pickle usually host and I usually get into an argument with one of them at least once a night but its all good. Like I said before gears is good at making people complain. Apparently prophet doesn't like my weapon sliding and chain saw glitching (when its the last guy) and Pickle just puts a torque bow every 3 feet so he doesn't run out of ammo. But my biggest complaint is HOST LANCER. I could prob make a complaint about every guy I play with in gears. I'm sure the same could be said about me but its just gears. I'm pretty sure when I get to PAX I'll have to punch Pickle in the face once or twice the moment I see him.
I think that one of the biggest issues we have is that a lot of us are spread out across the country. We have guys on the east coast, mid west, and west coast. I'm in the mid west and I usually do just fine with it but when I get in a room where everyone is spread out I can start to have some crappy lag and then I have to re adjust my timing to get used to it. But hey what are you gonna do? It's hard to find good people to play with that make it fun almost every night.
I will agree with you it does seem like we do play a lot of the same maps but that might have to do with me joining late a lot of the times. I would be up for annex too but those matches can get lop sided and they can be a little long. So I could see why some people might not want to play it. I just wish you could play annex but with the execution style for downs. Anyway see you on soon.
