And these are numbers sold, not Sony's "number shipped" they often toss around.

Tossing around shipped numbers is somethign they all do and something MS has done just recently with the 360.. It's pretty hard to do sold numbers as you can walk into one best buy and find 40 360's sitting on shelf, plus it looks better on paper to say 6 million shipped instead of however many have actually sold.
