Well im not in Vegas, and Peench and Jon Liu live in SoCal, but i do have one advice for you...Dont live in LAS VEGAS, live in a Neighboring city.


Sorry i cant help you much with more advice but thats my only input and id stick by it myself. Too many people walking, Lots of traffic and driving, plus too much temptation to loose money.
