Both CKQ & DSG only need three wins, but CKQ have the edge with that almighty ".5" they have. Since they are in the first tier, they will play with the first tier's set up (Attack & Defend, Murdertown, two respawns, no explosives). CSZ & MTB are still in the third tier, and are using that set up (Team Deathmatch, Import/Export, unlimited respawns no shotguns).
