They added a new Friends area under the Social menu. Cool. You add your friends to sync and you will get updates on your Zune as to their activity. That is sweet. There are a few updates in the software too that are not mentioned. I noticed that you can now choose how you what audio and video converted if the software needs to. i.e. bitrates and TV or Zune optimized video. Plus, the software feels much faster when changing menus, from Collection to Device, etc. Overall its a rockin' update. One question though, when are they gonna intregrate into Live? Come on. Let us transfer music and video from Live To Zune and vice versa. Now that would help put a dent into iPod. I just notice that there are little achievement like things showing up on Zunecards. Nice. I also noticed that the Artist, Album and Song info is alternated in the software button in the taskbar when the software is not in focus.

I keep getting server errors when trying to sign in thru the software. Anyone else?
