IMO Spawn camping is one of the most annoying things when it comes to multiplayer games. Probably the worst instance of this would be the spawns on Blackout in Halo 3. One more than one occasion I have spawned literally in between three players of the enemy team, one time I even spawned in between an entire team to start the game. Its pretty outrageous when stuff like that happens.
