Unfortunately I've been remiss the last couple of weeks in post a poll. I was out of town at the beginning end of the Microsoft MVP summit the first Sunday and I was traveling back from PickleJam 2008 for the last Sunday. But here we are.
I was honored to host an Open Session meeting while at the summit. I'll be posting the notes from the section to get thoughts going here at PGL sometime this week. The topic was "Building and Sustaining a Gaming Community." I hosted two sessions and it was interested how each session took a different direction in the conversation. There were some overlaps, however, and I found them very interesting.
Since I had a chance to hear what my fellow MVP's thought about gaming communities, it is definitely time for us to ask the question of my fellow PGL'ers. In fact, we're at somewhat of a crossroads. The owners and admins of PGL have been chatting about making some tweaks to the site to refocus PGL in the direction we think it is heading. Before we do, however, we figured we'd throw out the question and let you all tell us what you find important.
This week's poll is a bit different in that I have opened it up so that you all can vote on multiple items. Hopefully you all read this before voting. But if not, or if I haven't included something you find important, please post and let us know. We value your input since this is a community that has essentially built itself; we want to keep it that way.
