So far, the only people who have signed up are:

I tried going through other sites as well and didn't have any luck with this, just the typical "yeah, I'm interested" but then nobody followed through.

I even set up another temporary site for 3v3 comps for any tactical shooter, complete with about 5 different types of events that could be used, and out of the 15-20 people or so who had shown interest only 2 actually signed up for it. So... the answer to your question is: NO.
