Cocaine Cowboys

I don't know how much you guys are into documentaries, but if like them, you may want to check out Cocaine Cowboys. I heard about it on G4TV's AOTS DVD recommendation segment. I really enjoyed it. It's about cocaine wars of Miami during the late '70s to mid '80s. They have interviews with quite a few key figures of the trade, how they did stuff, and why. Kind of funny listen to one of the major enforcer/hitman for Godmother.

Netflix's summary on it:
Quote:
This penetrating and sometimes harrowing documentary from director Billy Corben pulls out all the stops to explore the many dimensions of Miami's cocaine-trafficking boom of the 1980s, from how the drug was moved and the financial impact on the city to the havoc and violence that followed in its wake. Told by the smugglers, cops and average citizens who were there, this film is an unflinching study of Miami's most notorious and lethal vice.
