| All valid points. I don't know what he's complaining about (I do). No one in his letter did it say not to clean the unit. He asked it be repaired and sent back to him, which is exactly what he got. It's the classic, be careful what you ask for, you may just get it.
Although we know the background of his 360's markings, but what about the factory/repair person who got this. Did the letter stay with it? If not, what would the person think getting it? I don't know know who those poeple are, and a lot of the comments were impersonal. I'm sure they get a lot of dirty 360s, and some are probably marked up, so it was probably just one of the more worse marked up cases they've gotten that day.
Although I think the guy is ghey, I understand his passion for his 360 and so forth. It's one of those situation where maybe his expectation was more than what a reasonable should have had, along with M$ representative's beliefs on what the repair could reasonably deliver on. |
