Ryan just go to PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall and click on guides in the upper left of the page. Then click on Port Forwarding by Router on the left side in the middle of the page. You may have to set up a static IP. There is also a guide on how to do that. That guide is below the port forwarding by router guide. Select your model then xbox 360 live guide. It will tell you what ports to open. I would do this first before using the DMZ approach.
